Weather Nerd is a weather app made by one person. These terms cover how you can use the app.

Using Weather Nerd

You can use Weather Nerd for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content.

Weather Data

Weather forecasts come from Apple WeatherKit. While I strive for accuracy, weather prediction is inherently uncertain. Don't rely solely on Weather Nerd for safety-critical decisions—always check official sources for severe weather warnings and emergencies.

Subscriptions

Weather Nerd Pro is available as a subscription through the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

No Warranty

Weather Nerd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I can't guarantee the app will be error-free, always available, or that forecasts will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Timko Labs Inc. isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of Weather Nerd, including but not limited to decisions made based on weather forecasts.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Weather Nerd after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
